I enjoyed the fact that they were on time and the ride was a smooth one.
I was disappointed that there was no space for hand luggage or even hats above the seated passengers

Via staff were great! The only problem I had the train was late and I was given three different excuses in emails. We left late and then there more complications and I got more emails saying why. They were computer generated responses and they should have just come clean about it. I was scared I was going to loose my Hotel room. I called them and they insured me everything would be okay. Not happy with getting to destination 2 hours late
