Amtrak Los Angeles San Francisco recent customer reviews
1. The train was on time. 2. Staff were very helpful guiding the passengers. 3. The train was running so smoothly on the tracks. We would love to use the train again for the scenic views we see that we can not experience while driving.

The driver was crazy and I felt unsafe from start to finish with how fast she was driving. Absolutely none of the sockets worked to charge phones which I find appalling seeing as the price we paid. My group had 0% and was bagging on the phone chargers so we could carry on our travelling once arriving in San Francisco.
Selina D.
The WiFi did not work, there was no available spots to charge my phone. The ticket said it was going to stop by terminal 8 and we found out just a few minutes that it was parked at terminal 3. No one gave us notice of this change and we almost lost the bus. Plus the driver and the woman in charge were very RUDE. I would not recommend to anyone this service.
