Amtrak Fayetteville Jacksonville recent customer reviews
First the train past the train station and had to back up. Long wait. But then all I was sitting on the train parents (sleeping)were allowing their children run all over the train, yelling, screaming and No one did anything (Attendants). I just left Virginia from the hospital with my child dying. I was worried, upset and trying to cope with the idea of not having my first born child anymore. I was hoping to go back by train but if the attendant's will not keep children in their seats instead of running all over the train. I'm not sure if I will be able to or not

Unfortunately this is an actual 1 star review and not just a rage review. Timeliness of the bus? Upon arriving at the station i was told that there were no buses in Fayetteville due to the prior hurricane... There was little to no damage in the Fayetteville area and I can only assume this is from lazy workers. How would I rate the workers? Friendly and completely unhelpful. Within 30 seconds of me arriving at the station they informed me that the bus would not be there - I asked for a written note/email of some sort saying that the bus wasnt there so I would have an easier time of getting a refund. Queue generic excuses of reasons why they cant give me a piece of paper saying no buses. Did I mention this is ontop of the fact that greyhound let me book this trip on Friday, almost 1 week after the hurricane and now it is too late to even get a plane ticket to be at my destination?
