Our driver arrived promptly though for the scheduled time. On arrival to Phoenix , he didn't call out very clearly as to whether we were at the bus station or the Sky Harbor airport.

The stop could be better marked. There is no sign letting passengers know they are at the correct location. Parked outside the Carl Jr. The driver was fantastic in phoning me to see if I was near instead of just leaving. She was excellent.
