It would be nice if the bus were on time, and we were given some way to check on the situation so that I would know I had time to go get dinner, rather than wait around for hours in case the bus came the minute I left. The staff was lovely.

The bus was ancient. They must use older buses for the student travelers. Thus bus did not have power outlets, or WiFi. And some of the seats would not recline. The published schedule was not followed. The bus driver added a stop to Toronto airport for 1 person. Many of us wanted of at union station / Royal York. when initially asked, he said he might not be able to.I've taken the same greyhound trip many times without questions.
