FlixBus Washington Montreal recent customer reviews
I was travelling from Washington DC to Montreal. The first Flix bus was old and dirty and made a horrible noise if there was a slightest bump on the road.
In NY I had to wait in a middle of street next to a load of garbage for an hour and a half for my connection bus to Montreal. No waiting area and not a place to sit or bathroom after my 4/5 hour trip from washington. I was approached by all kinds of weird people asking for money or cigarettes in the middle of a very busy street 31st street in NY not to mention the deafening noise of cars honking non stop.
I was in state of shock and couldn’t believe that I paid 145.00 US dollars for one way trip for this horrible trip.
The second bus was supposed to be Gray hound nut another Flix bus showed up.
It was noisy and uncomfortable like the first one and this bus made an extra noise inside like the one that busses make when
the door opens , every 10 seconds!
So it was kind of impossible to sleep.
The only good thing was the end of the trip in Montreal ,the clean bus station and after all the hardship for almost 13 hours ,I felt human again.
I think your service is horrible and a disgrace to North America.
I took buses inside the third word countries between the cities with an incomparable level of customer service , cleanliness and comfort.
I will never use your services again and never recommend to anybody.
