Bus was almost 50 minutes late arriving at Torquay Coach station. Being a night bus this was the early hours of the morning, we were also informed to arrive at the coach station 15 minutes before arrival. It was freezing cold and there isn't any shelter there, or anywhere to sit. When the coach eventually arrived, the two staff never apologised once for the lateness. Also the bus was almost full and some people were already asleep taking up both seats. So we had to sit separately for the whole journey. One plus was the bus was warm.
