I bought the ticket for twice as much because it was 3 hours before it was scheduled. The ticket still said it will arrive at 12:45Am even though the bus was known to have a 7HOURS DELAY. Because of that, I missed a flight and wasted AirBnb money. I was sitting in the cold in the middle of nowhere and no way to call because their phone number is unavailable. DO NOT recommend

I’m handicapped expecting a nice ride experience. The bus arrived almost 15 minutes late. I got on looking for a comfortable seat and there were quite a few empty seats but every seat on the bus had one person seated with all their carry on bags on the second seats, items on the floor including some large carry on bags. 80% of the overhead bins on both sides were empty because the passengers carry on items were to large to fit plus many other carry on junk was on the floor blocking the entry to the seats. Some passengers were stretched across two seats. The driver got on and never looked towards the rear of the bus. The only seat where I could sit down was the last row next to the Door leading into the toilet and sink.
