Very bad, bus was late 3 hours, missed connection and flixbus didn't propose alternative. I had to contact them and they gave a voucher and told me to buy myself another ride cause they cannot see any available buses. Ridiculous that they cannot see!! I will be 12 hours late and the new ticket costs more than the voucher. Not to mention all this hassle
