It was hard to find the stop because the exact location was not listed on my ticket (it was missing the first #s in the address). I had to call 3 times and got different answers about where the bus was. It was 3 hours late and was ultimately not a Greyhound. I made friends with the others who waited 3 hours but that was because they were nice—not Greyhound. The driver who ultimately came was nice too but she doesn’t actually work for Greyhound; she was contracted to drive. Worst bus experience ever.
