Greyhound Australia Port Macquarie Sydney recent customer reviews
I was dismayed that Greyhound did not advise me they were running one hour late on 14th June for my trip to Sydney from Port Macquarie. I arrived at the pick up point at 12.15 am for a 12.45 am pick up.
I therefore waited 1.5 hours and the coach still hadn’t arrived.
It was very cold and I had to wait outdoors in the cold for 1.5 hours.
A coach from a firm in Port Macquarie arrived at the coach depot at 1.45 am and I paid $30.00 to travel with them.
When we stopped in Buladelah , the Greyhound coach arrived seven minutes after us.
Very disappointed.

Good experience again.
I would love the busses to be able to arrive at a time when the Hotels are ready to take Visitors, (e.g this morning, it arrived at 1215 and my Hotel room wasnt ready until 1400) however I know that is difficult to do, especially with split destination journeys..
