Bus Tickets from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap

The trip was comfortable. We were provided with water and a pastry as a snack. Along the way, we made 2 stops. The first was 15 mins as a hygeine break as the bus did not have an on-board toilet, and the second, was longer, for lunch. We arrived in Siem Reap on schedule.

Luckily I found the tourist information center [Yello bldg at the river front] but they too had the wrong address. It was only after calling the bus on my behest that they learned it was a third location far from the original Quay. Secondly, the AC in the bus was not working and being already full it was hot and sturdy the whole journey. There is no leg room to stretch your leg as it's not a bus but a minivan. Being a tall guy my legs were crammed and it was very painful especially towards the end. Would not recommend this bus. Also wifi didn't work throughout the journey. We were chatting to the Asians and they had oy booked today, we booked in november!! The staffs English was appalling and they were abrupt and rude.

I booked a night bus with giant ibis. That was not giant ibis. Online it says wifi in bus tv and other amenities and The outlets didnt work.

Did not know wifi password and no toilet on bus as I thought but was cheap and comfortable and would do again
