The bus was not at 113 Bowes Street in Parry Sound (Tim Horton’s parking lot) as was indicated on the ticket and the app. I learned AFTER IT LEFT WITHOUT ME that it was, in fact in a parking lot about 200m behind the Tim Horton’s and no where near 113 Bowes Street.
Further, when I called FlixBus to ask for help, the CS rep on the call kept repeating that “everyone else found the bus…” and was unwilling to consider any possibility of miscommunication to a one-time traveller (vs. riders who may have been regulars, or for whatever reason knew that the pickup was in a different location than the app indicated). The rep also refused to escalate my call to a supervisor.
This is appallingly bad communication in the app, and from the CS rep at the other end of the phone.

Just one thing that annoyed me was the washroom kept on opening when the bus made a sharp turn it was a "Big Bang" ever time and that needs to be fixed but the ride was great.
According to multiple positive reviews, customers had an excellent experience with the train service. They found the seats extremely comfortable and praised the helpful and friendly staff. The trains also arrived at their destinations early, making for a great travel time. Overall, there were no complaints mentioned in these reviews.
