The driver was very nice and the bus left and arrived on time. It was pretty cramped in the seats but I'm 6' so not everything is built for that. Oh also the wifi was fast and easy to connect to

A man in the back of the bus (possibly unhoused) had his shoes off and it stank so bad it was hard to breathe for those around him. Bus driver should have done/said something for the comfort of his passengers.

Ok . The bus was just over half an hour late and we were getting worried . We are from Australia and there was no signage to say we were at the correct departure point. We made a bad choice of sitting next to toilet which were smelly but someone was already in our allocated seats . We didn’t want to make a fuss over it . Also our seats were laid back and we couldn’t adjust them. But it was good value for the price paid . Have always wanted to travel on a Grehound bus . Can’t complain.
