Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Pearson Toronto Airport

The bus broke down due to mechanical issues and we were stuck in the sun for about 3 hours which affected a lot of important appointments on getting to Toronto

I booked the ticket but did not realize it was for 8 pm arriving in toronto around 12. I couldn't cancel in no refunds. It was book at the last min late at night unfortunately I had to book via early in the morning.

I didn’t enjoy the service provided by the driver. He failed to announce the stops to passengers and that led to 2 Chinese passengers not able to get down at their Scarborough destination! It appeared this was their first trip to Toronto. Some drivers do announce their next stop and that gives passengers the chance to prepare themselves
