The driver drove very well, even though it was raining he was driving at a constant pace but was very careful keeping his distance, the trip from Union Station/Toronto to Ottawa Station was 5 hours, 10 minutes, the entire trip was excellent, the Orlean Express bus is large and very comfortable, the only detail was that it left almost 50 minutes late, the trip from Ottawa to Toronto was amazing, the bus was beautiful and comfortable.

Super trip.. smooth, on time, nice break in the middle. The only thing I’d recommend would be having the pick-up point in Ottawa West sign posted. We were uncertain if we were at the right place until others started arriving but they also asked us if it was the right place. So we all guessed we were but were glad to see the bus arrive!

Ottawa to Kingston was great. Once boarding Kingston bus we sat for an hour before anyone telling us what was going on. Then half an hour for a mechanic. Then another half an hour. No apologies, no updates on when we would arrive, awful experience.
