The bus arrived on the time advertised , and also arrived early to my final destination . The seats were comfortable and had access to a charging mains ,the only downside was the Wifi was not working . The toilet was clean , as well as the bus .
We was notified regularly on our location and traffic.
Overall I was very happy , and will choose National Express again .
