That was the most third-world travel experience I've ever had in the U.S.
Surreal.
I understand I bought a ticket on a Chinatown bus, BUT STILL. It cost the same as a Greyhound bus ticket, not half as much.
Old broken bus, broken seats that were stuck reclining all the way back, no reading lights, no wifi, no bathroom, no movie, etc.
But it was the experience itself that was so bananas. The driver screamed unintelligible phrases at us whenever the bus stopped. (I am an immigrant, I have empathy for non-native speakers)
At one point, he stopped the bus on the opposite side of the rest stop from the Travel Plaza food. When a passenger pointed this out, the driver screamed at him and squared off, absolutely escalating the innocent question into a super-scary conflict.
There was no indication of when/if we'd stop. There was no bathroom break for 4 hours. And he really was actually screaming at us. I can understand this is a cultural difference, but it was the opposite of normal customer service.
He was on a hands-free phone call the entire trip.
I will say this, he was an excellent driver. But I will never choose this company to travel again.

I did not face any problems during the trip except for some loud passengers who spoke loudly and their kids were also making noise

The fact that while I was running towards the bus, it pulled off. And when I was told that I couldn’t change my time to catch another bus for the Holidays I was told I would have to spend another 160$ Thats BS!!!
Greyhound Lines offers the most comprehensive intercity bus services in the United States. They operate a modern, environmentally friendly fleet that serves more than 2400 destinations and carries nearly 16 million passengers annually. When traveling with them, you can expect free WiFi, onboard entertainment, bathrooms, power outlets and decent legroom. One of the great perks of Greyhound is that they connect big cities and smaller towns in the US, where you usually can't get to by train or plane. If you're looking for safe and affordable transportation, Greyhound is a great choice.
