The trip overall was nice. The buses left on time except for Springfield the driver came a little bid late (15 min). Also at Springfield stop, there was no indication as what gates the bus will be(because the gate has changed). There were some confusion and there a was no one from greyhound to redirect us to the new gate. It was very confusing.
Based on 1106 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the cleanliness but often complained with the wifi. Adirondack Trailways ticket prices on this trip start at $128
