As per the instruction I turned up over 30 mins ahead of departure time to book in. The book in queue was horrendous. 12 people and 3 counter staff. I booked in and was given the details. J got to the bus stop at 18.13 for a 18.15 bus. To find that the bus had already left. When questioning this at Flixbus. They were not really customer friendly. They said they would put my partner and I on the next coach. Having paid I was then told that the busbonlh had 1 available seat. And could be put on tk the bus that arrived in milan at 1030. Not good as I had to be ag ghd airport for s flight atx1230.

We had terrible experience. Instead of 50 minutes It take 1 hour and 25 minutes to terminal 1. We almost late for flight.
