This was my first time taking a traveling bus and it was not a good experience. From the moment we took off there was an incident with a man in the back of the bus and the drivers response was rude and annoyed as he yelled at the lady who tried to get his attention several times. The first 3 hours went ok but 45 minutes away from our destination the bus got a flat tire. I’m not sure how it happened but it seemed like a problem that should’ve been checked before. We were parked off an exit and the driver tried to contact the nearest bus station to get help. For almost 20 minutes the station was not answering his phone calls. We arrived in SA around 5:30 while we were supposed to arrive at 4:20. A woman missed her flight and several people had to change there next bus time. The entire trip was disorganized and unprofessional.
