From Manchester airport to Newcastle, the bus arrived over 1 hour late, the driver said it was because of road closures..however, once underway, the journey was good and the price was fair. The drivers were very good drivers.

I only enjoyed the steady journey, after the 25 minutes delay
What I didn't enjoyed was the deplorable state of the toilets. It was completely out of order on a 3 hours 45 minutes journey .
Effort should be made to clean the toilets before embarking on any journey. Customers can afford to wait for that to be done.

I am very disappointed in your driver. Despite coming late to the shudehill station at about 19.30pm instead of 19.10pm, that is about 20 minutes behind schedule, your driver decided not to have me on board, citing my small handheld television not being allowed as one of my luggage. Apart from this, he attacked me physically and I have to retreat to avoid further escalation. I had to quickly booked another ticket 20.10pm, this time the driver allowed me on board and requested I changed bus at Leed Station. Unfortunately when the Bus meant to convene me to Newcastle arrived, first was to resolved my 20.10pm tickect which mistakenly was dated for 10th July instead of 9th July, obviously this is as result of trauma i am already subjected to by the wickedness of the first driver for not having me on the 19.10pm bus. The driver eventually called the customer service and have the ticket cancelled for me to be considered for the current trip. Unfortunately, when he saw my Television luggage, he decided not to have me on board leaving me stranded in the middle of no where. I am not from Leed and my base is not in Leed but Newcastle.
I therefor consider these actions of your drivers as callous, inhuman and discriminative.
At this time I am not yet considering compensation but primarily to have my bus tickets refunded for two failed journey ( 26-9579-090723-M33N-1910--MAN-NEW 46-2781-200723-CM1XN-2010-MAN-NEW-/) to my account immediately.
