It was not clear there were 2 coaches and the one we were scheduled on left while we were in line for the other one. This happened to about 10 other's. We are out the cost of the ticket and had to use Uber.

The seat is quite comfortable. The drive is smooth.
Need to improve: it’s confusing with which bus we should board at Segovia, there were two bus to Madrid, according to the ticket office personnel it’s listed according to the platform, but later we found out it’s according to what’s on bus; and we had to wait for a long time to get back to the correct queue.
Also it will be nice if the driver can inform the fellow passengers to reduce their voice so not to disturb others.
