Bus Tickets from London to Pearson Toronto Airport

Bus was 40 minutes late at one of the local spots (bus was leaving from London and my stop was in London). Resulted in me missing my flight because we left later and traffic got worse. If we left on time we wouldn’t have hit the traffic and I wouldn’t have missed my flight. Will be contacting the bus company

I didn’t enjoy religious music being played for the first hour or snug seating from Kitchener to Pearson. The rest was fine.

The bus driver didn't say anything when we got to the airport so I got off and somebody else was taking the bags out of the bus so I asked him if it goes to terminal 3 since I couldn't see the driver anywhere. The man said yes so I got back in the bus then I noticed that the driver was going away from the airport so I told him that and I need to go to the airport. He kept wanting to drop me off and tell me to take a Huber. We argued and I told him that I paid to go to the airport and he can't just drop me off anywhere in the city. He then must have realized that I was right so he turned around and went back to the airport. When the bus gets to a location he should announce where we are and where we are going next. Very unprofessional.

I enjoyed the extreme professionalism of the bus driver. I like that he started the trip by using the intercom system to remind folks of bus etiquette rules (ie wear your seatbelts, use headphones, etc). This was one of my best rides!

Bus arrived on time, but the seats are really crammed together and there are apparently reserved seats so we had to move to another location in the bus after we were already settled. There was no toilet paper in the washroom. Be careful when you book, because some buses take a slower route into other locations and it can add to the travel time.

No footrests, too cold AC on full blast entire 3 hours, passengers not being considerate using speaker phone on full blast for whole ride next to me, driver hid in the bus until 2 minutes before departure time making us leave late despite passengers being lined up for 20 minutes, driver made me crawl under the bus to retrieve my bag, but we arrived on time which was the only positive of this uncomfortable and dissatisfying travel experience.

Amazing service. They kept the luggage inside. I didnt have to do anything. Just a bit slow AC else everything was good

Arrived about an hour after scheduled, partly due to traffic outside of the control of the bus driver etc but missed my flight.

Very helpful I didn’t have to drive all the way from London and saved parking as well I’m happy and perfect time

It was completely enjoyable, by FAR the best bus service between London and Toronto. I can't rate it highly enough!

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

Bis was cancelled at short notice. They haven't got back to me yet about my refund. Really bad service.

The bus was on time, which is good. But the air freshener was too strong. The scent is nauseating, which made the ride very uncomfortable.

It was completely as advertised, There were electric outlets at each seat and free wifi. The bus temperature was perfect and they were right on schedule for everything.

It was perfect, few people on the bus, friendly driver, perfectly on time, will 100% use again.

The bus driver was late. He also drove very fast in the passing lane for the majority of the trip. He frequently slamed on the breaks as well.

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.

They cancelled the bus at 10:30 pm the night before. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

The bus did not pick up at the Royal Paan as scheduled and we had to walk to Fanshawe College bus area to catch it in the pouring rain. The bus itself had some type of mechanical problem so could not travel the posted speed limit. The driver drove in the middle lane on the 401 with all the issues and I think he should have been in the far right to not impede traffic. The driver was courteous and helpful with the luggage etc but he spent way too much time on his phone. That being said I do not know if it was about the bus or if it was it personal calls.

Decent train, lucky that the cart was mostly empty. But we were 15 min late enroute and then 30 min standing waiting for the platform in Toronto. Got late for everything and such a waste.

Instructions and help was clear and available. The trip was 40 min late ( rail congestion). My seat tray was broken and the seats were not very comfortable.

Provide free tomato soup. We pay so much money for travel. Give some refreshments free.

I had a great experience with the velocity bus service. The bus arrived promptly and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bus was clean and comfortable, however the driver was driving like he was back in Bombay, it was honestly quite stressful..

The service from London, Ont to Toronto Pearson was excellent. The driver was courteous and the mini-bus was clean and comfortable. I have already recommended Velocity to our friends in Ontario.

I will only travel with London Travel from here on, The driver Carlos was so wonderful and friendly and it was first class service. The vehicle was immaculate, playing soft classical music and calm, with perfect car temperature. This the only way I will travel to London back from on. Please don’t change a thing.
