The trip was ok, the only problem there was not much room in for me to stretch my legs.

I had booked a ticket for a coach from Heathrow and had allowed time for my flight to be delayed, but it wasn't, so I arrived about 45 minutes early for my booked coach. I asked at the customer service desk about getting an earlier coach and was directed to any coach going to the same destination and told to talk to the driver. This I did and was able to leave on his coach.
I liked the fact there were seat belts and a screen showing the traffic ahead of us so it was possible to see what was causing a delay (which there weren't too many of despite it being a journey into London).
The coach interior looked a little tired but was clean and the Wi-Fi worked. Seats were comfortable.
All in all very good.
