I bought a bus ticket from London to Barcelona, with a 1 hr change at Paris. The bus arrived in Paris an hour and a half late. There was no communication about the delay and customer service lines were closed. There were no staff at the coach station to speak to. I ended up having to pay €130 for a trip from Paris to Barcelona through Flixbus, more than my entire return journey had initially cost.

The buses lack wifi despise advertising that they do, the bathrooms lack soap water or hand towels. Which the horrific stench makes plenty clear sanitation was not their priority. I would recomend that no one ever travels with Eurolines unless they have a deep-seated hatred for themselves that they want to express over a 36 hour bus trip
