The bus never showed up, took a bus from Toronto to Kingston when we got off the bus at 3am in Kingston we were told the next bus was not coming so we were stuck in Kingston untill the next bus came at 630am there was no notice given that the bus was not coming. No information at all I would have made other plans if I would have known it was a complete waste of time I would not use this again

The bus was 30 minutes late to picking us up, and a whole hour late in arriving to Ottawa. Also had trouble knowing when the bus arrived because it was a sketchy looking mostly unmarked small white bus, which rattled and shook the whole way. Definitely not worth the money, since other companies charge the same but have much more reliable service.

Customers express dissatisfaction with the service, specifically mentioning delays and late arrivals. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews. Additionally, one review mentions a long delay due to another train's mechanical failure that blocked the track. The offered discount on the next ride aboard the same train was not useful for this customer as they were on vacation and will not be using that train again.
