I am not sure if the problem was Coomotor or BusBud.com, but the reservation was not registered with them and I had to pay AGAIN to make the trip. When I made the reservation, I was required to pay by credit card. Your reservation page said I would receive an email, but that NEVER arrived, so I had no boarding pass to show. I was required to pay 50,000 pesos in cash at the bus terminal for ticket, which seemed to be a standby basis, because I was put on a later bus. I have no intention to pay the credit card charge for you when the service failed and I was subjected to great stress and additional cost. Whatever happened, you need to fight it out with Coomotor, not me. Besides a refund, somebody also owes me an apology.
