Arrived near Nottingham to change drivers. Waited 50 minutes to be told there were no drivers. We travelled in a cramped taxi to what the driver thought was Finchley Rd but wasnt. I want to make it clear that it wasnt the taxi drivers fault. He had not been to london before and it was rush hour and added traffic for the queens funeral. After another hour and a half and added expense we arrived at our destination 2 hours late making us miss an important appointment. A complete lack of communication between the driver and the passengers was unprofessional.
