Hey team, would love to discuss an incident last night at Houston station whilst trying to board a bus to New Orleans. I was refused boarding and then one of your representatives physically assaulted me by pushing me. So not cool! I had to be in NOLA this morning so had to catch an uber. I'm seeking compensation for this. Please let me know how I can proceed
