Our outward travel was fine, but on our return we arrived at the pick up point half an hour before the scheduled departure time of 19.05. At 18.45 we stepped outside the main entrance and went back indoors at 7 o'clock in readiness for the departure at 7.05 pm to find the coach had already left the station early.I find this totally unacceptable as not only did I not receive the service I had paid for. but was also stranded in Manchester with no other bus service available. My daughter and I are both registered disabled and we had to walk to Piccadilly station to get the train back into Chester, as well as this causing pain and distress we also incurred an additional cost of 35.00 for the train fare back. I would never use National Express again and would advise others not to do so as well
