Massive delays. Minimal information. Trains that were scheduled after mine, and were delayed managed to to depart before mine. After calling and explaining to CS that due to the massive delays I would be missing my connecting ride and needed to go to Penn Station rather than disembark at the originally planned Stamford, there was no offer to discount or comp that additional fare from Stamford to NY.

I enjoyed the trip. Everyone was polite and helpful, from the ticket agent, to the bag handler, to the guy who checked for tickets. I had a number of questions along the way, and people were pleasant and accurate.

The bus ride was great once it arrived and we left, but the bus picked us up from Boston (the bus' starting point) 35 minutes late and dropped me off at my destination one hour late. They provided us with no updates about timing while we were waiting at the bus station, nor did they give us any indication of how late I would be getting in to my destination.
