The driver was very friendly and helpful. Bus was in good condition. My partner and I weren't fortunate enough to get seats next to each other and people on the bus were rude about allowing us to sit next to them. Overall a great experience with this bus company.

The Bus ride was ok, but we were over booked yet again, so we then asked what time we would arrive in london, to be told by the driver that he has no idea. Also asking National express staff for help at Victoria station is an impossible mission as they are generally just rude and obnoxious.
