Trains tickets from Little Rock to Memphis, TN

There is a major complaint about your bus driver and a bus driver catching a ride to Memphis. I am65 and ihad invited a friend who is also a Senior citizen. The bus only had two seats left an they were right in front of the bathroom. The driver and the other employee bags occupied the first four seats. We were denied the opportunity to seat in the senior and handicap seat although my friend wàs handicap. While seating in these unbearable seats, the air conditioning went out. I no longer was able to bear the smell and went up front and sat next to a young girl and the employee who said it was Greyhound policy that cater to their employees of allowing their employees to deny senior citizens the first two seats so they can use the seats for their bags. This employee hackled me the entire trip because I said I was going to report her. The hackling was bad I threatened to call the police. When we got to Memphis I reported both of them to their superior. It got so hot on this bus that this employee opened the windows on the sides of the bus causing the bus to wabble from side to side. The driver had to immediately pull the bus to the side of road. When we got to memphis this superiorThis superior ask the driver what did he do to help resolve the situation and the driver said nothing. Their behavior was so outrageous that another passager had recorded the entire incident

Staffs are not helpful at all. No specific seat for the passenger, no announcement made for any delay.
