We had one fifteen minute stop, one hour before arriving in Zagreb.
What needs improvement to my opinion is that a sign is needed at the airport, to indicate where the Flixbus stops. This was unclear untill I asked an airport employee, whom indicated to walk towards a pink P-sign.
