I recently experienced some issues with an online booking. The initial amount quoted for two people was R760, but when I proceeded to payment, I was unexpectedly required to pay R820 with no option to pay the amount. Additionally, the driver requested payment for luggage, which was not budgeted for. Another concern was that the bus did not stop at the usual rest stops, making it challenging for passengers.( To pee) However, I did appreciate the comfortable seating and the driver's effective management of the bus's temperature, maintaining a warm and cozy environment throughout the journey.

Nothing enjoyable, unprofessional staff,poor service,they don't keep time they risk with our lives,

There was nothing to enjoy at all. First of all, the bus was super later by 3 hours and it doesn't have heater so we were freezing the whole 12+hours and lastly the drivers are so rude to the passengers, it's like they don't care at all. I did not like anything about this journey and i certainly wouldn't recommend APMWC Bus to anyone, the service is terrible poor and by far the worst Bus I've ever used to travel such a long distance.

The bus was extremely late , we waited for 6 hours in a cold and dangerous place, I will never ever use intercape .

Bus was late, with no communication. Drivers refused me to seat on the front chairs so that they can put their bags. They can do better with their attittude. Seatbelts not in working condition.

I enjoyed everything the journey was awesome and the drivers treated me with care

It was okay until Heidelberg where we were taken to another bus. 20 passengers had to stand the last 70 km of the trip

I didn't enjoy at all the bus was very hot even now my noise are blocked. The drivers were complaining about time when we're going to buy food or pee cause they want to arrive early in Joburg but they didn't even make 5am we're arrived at 6:45am so am no longer interested to eagle liner.

There were no charging point, too hot, arrival time 2 hours late, taking too at resting stations, bus was old

Toilet not good condition and the didn't stop for refreshment and the charger for phones was not working am not satisfied at all this trip

Not good at all,the bus was an hour late for pick up and didn’t come as the bus booked

Bad seating & bus was late to pick us up then also almost 4 hours late on arrival time to JHB because the 2nd driver was bad.

Amazing, the seats were comfortable and it was warm

They called me an 1 after my departure time,told me there is no bus available I must wait for the following day,the following day the bus arrived an hour late ,it was over heating and then when we asked for an air conditioner the bus frooze
