Leaving from Memphis we back tracked to Arkansas. The bus driver kept stopping and not letting anyone know what's going on. I even asked her what was going on and why we kept stopping and she ignored me. The bus broke down 2 hrs away from Chicago. We were supposed to arrive in Chicago downtown around 6am and did not arrive until after 10am. I also paid for two seats for me and my child and he had to sit on my lap because the bus was so crowded and uncomfortable.

The Bus was very hot the driver kepts stopping to go to the bathroom the bus broke down & finally the driver wouldnt take me to the stopping point he said that was the end of where was going. Not according to what was purchased. Had to walk rest of the way. I was not satisfied with this service at all. I am a musician performer travel all the time meet a lot of people & all my fans musician friends & relatives will be hearing about why not to book with this company. Unsatisfied Customer.
