Very pathetic customer service. I waited for the bus for 3 hrs. I wasn't even notified of the delay. Had to make 20 calls and they were not replying. Very disappointed.

Greyhound did not pitch and no one informed us,thus we waited hours for a bus that wasnt making it's way to us and yet we were charged .I'm very disappointed in their service as a whole.Infact I consider this theft as I paid for a service they didnt deliver nor attend to .Never again will I buy a ticket from this app or Greyhound .Thanks
