It took me 20 hours to get to the Chopin Airport from Kyiv. Kyiv to Warsaw… Compared to 11 days ago when I took an Ecolines bus from Warsaw to Kyiv, this trip was excellent and pleasantly without incident. This time the air conditioning and WiFi worked (although quite slow and useless at times), as did the coffee machine. As opposed to last time, this time not only were the drivers courteous and helpful, but they were skillful, safe and didn’t waste any time on the road. As a result, we arrived in Warsaw almost an hour early (in spite of a 3-hour wait to get through both sides of the border).
