It was late, they kept on changing us into other buses in the middle of nowhere, I didn’t feel safe, the drivers were very rude. Overall a terrible experience. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book intercity busses. Their Charing ports don’t work, toilet smells terrible, no heaters, windows wouldn’t close properly so we were cold the whole way from Jhb to Margate. I would never recommend this bus.
