The delay in the arriving was due to malfunction of the connection buses from: Springfield to Abany: the bus was overheating. Some drivers made no announcement of reaching the overlay station, letting travellers know they arrive there.
Some drivers(men) are selective or culturally motivated giving way to selecting.

I was nearly taken off the bus becuase somehow too many tickets were sold and there were not enough seats. Some friends and other people were unable to board and I was extremely upset!! Especially after waiting a 2 hour delay.

The bus station was third world or worse: out of order toilets, awful cheap food in single cafe with unhelpful overworked staff. the buses were also dirty, litter left by customers, very worn seats, only some electrical sockets and wifi worked.
