After realizing the bus was late I discovered the greyhound bus tracker which stated the bus was going to be another 2 hours before it showed up. And the location for pickup was scary as I was being yelled at and catcalled by truck drivers at the 10 Acre Truck Stop. The bus actually showed up about 30 minutes after the original departure time as I was getting back into my grandmas car to deal with the two hour delay which was now obviously wrong. Later on the second leg to Kitchener the bus driver felt it appropriate to humiliate me in front of the agent in reprinting my ticket which the first bus driver had mistakenly taken. Thanks for a hella stressful trip made worse by rude employees.
