The staff were rude and unhelpful. The staff in the Amsterdam office told me I had to report to the check in counter in Rotterdam 30 minutes before. I double checked this with the staff. But when I went to the Rotterdam counter it was closed.
Secondly I asked the bus driver for directions. He refused to answer my question and told me all the details were on the front of the bus. IT WAS NOT. HE FORGOT TO PUT THE DETAILS THERE. And he wasn't listening to me so I couldn't tell him this.
I had to go to another bus to check out the details. I'm disappointed in the service.
