Bus Tickets from Toronto to Silver Spring

I wish there was more leg room in the back and I wish the bathroom smell could be controlled better but overall it was a good trip .

I have traveled from Toronto to Silver spring. It was a long trip for me. The trip itself wasn’t that tiring but the layovers were too long and not according the itinerary at all. There were no trolly to carry my luggage from one to other bus. When I reach in US some unaware and unprofessional stuff asked me to pay another $45 for one extra bag that i had already paid in Toronto. She also asked me to renew my ticket??? Also, the bus arrived to final destination early and i had to wait another hour for my niece to pick me up since I gave her the time on my ticket. Also when I get on the second bus the driver was so rude and not helpful at all. Since it was my first time on a bus trip to US I wasn’t expecting it to be so missed up.
