This was my first time using the company. I was supposed to get on the bus at King Street Station. I had no idea where in King Street Station I was supposed to wait for the bus. I asked an employee inside who did not know that it was a pick up location. I called the customer service phone number. The agent was clueless. I almost missed the bus even though I was standing there because I had no idea that that was the bus I was supposed to be on. I think there should be someone available at the station to offer assistance if necessary.
