Bus Tickets from Santa Marta, CO to Palomino

Great buses - hard to know the stops when they aren’t called out but we were lucky

The bus did not go to palomino

Was told the bus was 3 hours late, it wasn’t it arrived and was oversold they had just switched us to the next bus. When I showed them my original ticket they just said I had to wait. Actual bus we got was fine, just annoyed we were lied to

Upon arriving at the Santa Marta bus terminal, I was told that the bus doesn’t stop at this terminal. It’s a direct bus from Barranquilla at 7 PM I arrived in Santa Marta at 9 o’clock with the expectation that the bus was coming in 30 minutes and then had to pay an additional amount to get a car from Santa Marta to Palomino

Very bad, 2 hours late and no one talked to me to explain what is going on and the staff there was very rude and agressive, not recomended at all

50 minutes delayed to leave and then we stopped about 10 minutes into the journey for another 15 minutes while staff tried to get more people on the bus and ate. Several random stops on the way as well. The staff let street vendors on to the bus trying to sell things and the bus smelt awful. Highly recommend avoiding.
