Bus Tickets from Ridgewood to Schenectady

I have been riding adirondack trailways eversince, it was my first time to experience this thing. Last July 20, 2018 the 3pm bus going to Albany did not stop at the bus stop in Ridgewood, NJ, where I am suppose to ride. I called their office and was asked to just wait for the 5 pm bus and there was no guarantee that I would be accepted and I might need to pay again for my ticket which is so unfair because it was not my fault, I arrived at the bus stop before 3pm with my online ticket which I purchased before my scheduled ride. Though the 5 pm bus accepted me and honored my bus ticket still, I arrived at Schenectady 2 hours later than expected, I came to work 2 hours late also. It was really a very upsetting experience which I never want to experience again. I hope this will never happen again!
