Overall great service and value for money, although this journey had two delays with the need to replace the coach in Plymouth and wait for assistance in Heathrow adding 45 mins to the journey.

The coach was 20 minutes late on arrival in Plymouth and then took a strange, meandering route, stopping frequently to ask people by the side of the road if they had booked tickets or not, which most often they had not.
The coach was full, so after some conversation the people who had flagged the coach down could not actually get on, and the entire service was delayed significantly as a result of doing this so frequently in places that were genuinely bizarre. The driver then engaged the people trying to get on in long conversations, clearly offering them advice and sympathising with their situation due to the train strike, which was undoubtedly kind, but meant the service was incredibly slow and everyone on board was made to wait.
Though I had bought a ticket to London, we slowly made our way to Bristol, where I was told I should get off.
Checking my ticket, I noticed there were in fact two journeys, one to Bristol and another London. I had missed my connecting coach to London by over an hour, and it was now very late. I was told to wonder up the main road and find a blue coach which would continue my journey. I did this with a small group of indignant and upset passengers, pulling our suitcases through the rain.
After standing by the main road for twenty minutes or so, a blue bus began the journey to London, thankfully taking a direct route, not stopping for people by the side of the road. Even so, we arrived two hours later than our tickets stated. This was a confusing and regrettable experience from beginning to end that I will be doing everything I can to avoid repeating.
