Bus Tickets from Ottawa, CA to Toronto

It was little hard to find out bus station. I left from Ottawa. Should say not just terry fox/centrum. Canadian tires gas station would b better to find out. Except that everything great

The bus was 2.5 hours late …. When my daughter got to Toronto the driver wouldn’t even get her bag from under the bus …. She had to crawl under to get it ….. it was a horrible experience making her late for taking the go buses and so she had to wait for the go train back to Barrie where she had to take an uber to Collingwood to be on time for her first day of orientation…. This delay almost cost her a job ….

Driver missed multiple exits and delayed the ride 45 mins, also forgot to turn on AC and it was boiling for a bit

The bus was smelling bad and ventilation was not working properly. And bus was not on time. It was 30 minutes late. I’m dissatisfied.

It's too cold inside the car and The seat fabric was slippery and uncomfortable to sit on. The return bus was delayed by 30 minutes

The bus seats were comfortable, and the departure and arrival were exactly on time.

Got kicked out of our seats, driver yelled at my daughter made her cry. Worst experience ive ever had.

Overall good but the buses are dirty and not maintainned well.. there was molding hanging off the front upper deck windshield on the double decker and also the signs making noise inside bother

Terrible service. Missed connection. 2 hours late. Disorganized. Blaming passengers.

The bus itself was clean and spacious, but there was an unexplained 2-hour delay.

A tire burst on the highway and it took 3 hours for onex to send someone to fix it.

it wasn’t even a real bus, it was a coach, there was barely any place to sit, nowhere to place a drink and we arrived one hour later than scheduled

The ride with the bus was fine however it was quiet cold inside the bus. Then it states arrival time was suppose to be 8:30pm however we got there at 9:40pm. There was slightly some traffic but not big enough to cause a 1hour and 10 minute delay.

Honestly, the seats were unnecessarily curved and bumpy in a way that made no seating position comfortable. On top of that, amenities like usb ports didn’t work for anyone on the bus. And finally, the driver was a bit—not reckless but I certainly didn’t feel completely at ease by the way they were driving.

3 hours delay because of technical problem and no vouchers or refund or even Water!

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

Very spatious, charging station and very accommodative driver. Excellent service!

Departure and arrival were late, but it was mostly due to traffic, so I can't fault anyone for that. The driver did not come to the proper pickup location even though he ended up driving right by it to turn around once we were loaded. Even sitting in the middle of the bus, it smelled strongly like an outhouse whenever anyone used the toilet. The outlets and Wifi were non-functional.

smelled really bad because of the toilet and there was an hour delay which wasn’t necessarily the bus’ fault, but the driver pulled over to the side of the road on the highway which was a bit confusing and scary. Otherwise, the bus driver waited for late passengers which was nice and I liked the 20 minute break stop

There was a loose component on the bus that caused a banging sound whenever we were in motion. Lasted the whole ride

They cancelled my trip few hrs before my trip. And send me a message at 2:00 am rediculous

Bus didn’t come. Had to book another bus with another company later in the day.

Our trip for 10:00 am was canceled at 2:00 am at night for „unforeseen circumstances“ so we had to scramble to find a new bus with a different company in the morning. Extremely short notice and no alternative trip or customer service available from the company. Extremely dissatisfied.
