Bus Tickets from Muncie to Indianapolis

The bus driver did not announce for us to switch buses at the terminal and then did not even realize I was on the bus. Thusly, he drove to the Miller Bus Garage before I was aware that we were not going to the Airport. I then spoke up, and he made me wait in the rain and would not take me to where I needed to be. I say fire him.

My one problem was self made in that when I ordered the ticket on June, I failed to see that I had only asked to go to the bus terminal in Indy and not to the airport or from the airport on the 14th. I had to go back and pay separately for a ticket from downtown Indy to the airport and then from the airport to the terminal. Fortunately I found the problem in time to make the additional changes.

The driver was rather unprofessional. She arrived at the bus at exactly 1:14 and grew angry when one of the passengers asked the time of departure. She replied, "I don't have to leave until 1:10 pm, so that's when I'll leave. ok?" We did not actually leave until 1:19 pm. She then proceeded to quiet one passenger whilst playing her own music quite loudly. She frequently requested that if we sit in the front of the bus, we could only have a 1-2 min conversation by phone and that's only if we whisper. Yet her own music continued to grow louder. After, the passenger acquiesced lowering his voice, she stopped the bus completely in the middle of the road and demanded that all conversations cease. In fact up until this, all of the bus drivers have been rather courteous.
